Keybridge Capital is a private capital markets advisory firm, founded by a former family office allocator and senior team drawn from Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, and Barclays. We advise GPs and institutional investors on capital formation, secondary transactions and structured liquidity solutions in the sub-institutional segment overlooked by the major secondaries advisors.
The Role
We are hiring an Associate to drive execution across our secondaries practice, including direct single-asset blocks, GP-led transactions and whole-fund secondary sales in the $10–100 million range. The role works closely with the Founder on origination and execution, with a clear path to ownership of deal flow as the practice scales.
What You Will Do
- Execute direct secondary, GP-led and whole-fund transactions end-to-end, from sourcing through documentation and close.
- Develop and maintain the firm’s buyer network across late-stage growth funds, family offices, crossover funds and strategic investors.
- Underwrite individual transactions: company diligence, comparable analysis, ROFR and transfer mechanics, capital structure review.
- Cross-sell across the platform where natural, including primary fund commitments from family office buyers active in our secondaries flow.
Profile
- 2-4 years of secondaries transaction experience, including direct, GP-led and whole-fund LP portfolio sales.
- Existing family office relationships, with credibility to discuss both secondary opportunities and primary blind-pool commitments.
- Backgrounds we expect to see: specialist secondaries advisory firms, secondary trading desks at investment banks, late-stage growth investors with active secondary deal flow, or platform businesses focused on private company liquidity.
- Commercially confident, comfortable with bespoke deal structures, capable of representing the firm independently to sophisticated counterparties.
Compensation
Base salary plus transaction split on closed deals.
