We are Key, an organisations that support disabled people of all ages to make everyday matter.

We are currently recruiting within our Easter Ross Service to support to a man “John” who lives in his own home in Invergordon.

We support John 24 hours a day with all aspects of his life including personal care, taking care of his home, as well as encouraging participation in the community. John enjoys television especially sport and films, and trips out in his own car. John requires support as he has epilepsy, autism and a learning disability.

It is important for John to have a consistent and committed team around him to enable him to feel safe and secure. Building trust is very important for both John and his family. As mentioned, John has his own car to support him to get out and about, so drivers are particularly welcome to apply.

Applicants should be able to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of John with shifts including weekdays, weekends and sleepovers.

The successful candidate will be joining an already established team of skilled support workers who are passionate about ensuring John receives the best support possible.
