About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include
- Providing individualized support to adults with a variety of support needs, empowering them to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity, and well‑being.
- Working flexibly across the team, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and waking nights as required.
- Maintaining a person‑centred approach and building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
- Reliable, caring, and flexible with a strong passion for supporting others.
- Prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of clients, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
