About the Role
Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs.
You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well‑being.

Responsibilities
- Provide flexible, person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities and other support needs, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights as required.
- Support individuals to live as independently as possible by promoting choice and dignity.
- Work closely with the team and families to plan and deliver individualized support plans.
- Attend induction and ongoing training sessions to maintain competencies.
Qualifications
- Reliable, caring, and flexible with a passion for helping others achieve the life they desire.
- Prepared to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights.
- Commitment to a person‑centred approach.
- Desirable: experience working with people with learning disabilities.
