A leading industrial manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Production & Operations Manager to oversee and drive performance across multiple business units within a dynamic production environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end production and operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Manage daily plant operations, including fabrication processes, manpower, and equipment performance
  • Implement and monitor KPIs (productivity, downtime, cost control, quality metrics)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, cost optimization)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality systems
  • Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and preventive maintenance programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, design, and maintenance teams
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a positive work environment
