KTS Group is hiring a Head of Talent Solutions to sit at the centre of our client lead conversion and recruitment business development engine. This is not a passive account management role. We generate client interest through our tech stack, phone campaigns, lead generation consultants, referrals and inbound conversations. Your job will be to turn that interest into qualified, commercially protected recruitment assignments.
You will follow up with clients, test urgency and commitment, take proper job briefs, explain our commercials, coordinate terms of business, brief the right internal recruiters and manage the client through first submission, feedback and interview stage. When lead flow is low, you will also be expected to get on the phone, follow our playbook and create conversations yourself.
What you will do:
- Follow up quickly on warm client leads and campaign replies.
- Qualify whether the role is real, urgent and worth working.
- Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers.
- Test budget, timeline, decision process and commitment.
- Explain KTS commercials and coordinate terms.
- Brief partner recruiters and agree delivery priorities.
- Manage the client through first shortlist and feedback.
- Present submissions professionally with clear recommendations.
- Push for interviews and next steps.
- Hand over the client relationship to the recruiter when appropriate.
- Run direct outreach and cold calls when lead flow is low.
- Track lead conversion, role status, submissions, interviews and revenue outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Strong agency-side recruitment experience.
- Proven business development and client conversion ability.
- Experience taking job briefs and managing hiring managers.
- Confidence discussing recruitment fees, terms and commercials.
- Understanding of both permanent and contract recruitment.
- Strong phone confidence.
- Ability to work across multiple sectors and regions.
- Strong internal stakeholder management.
- Commercial judgement to know which roles are worth working.
- The confidence to challenge vague briefs, weak urgency and poor commitment.
This role will suit you if:
- You are a recruiter who enjoys the client side as much as delivery.
- You know how to turn "send me CVs" into a proper job brief.
- You are confident on the phone.
- You can qualify hard without sounding aggressive.
- You understand that terms, feedback slots and process control matter.
- You can coordinate recruiters without slowing them down.
- You want a visible role close to senior leadership.
- You like building commercial systems, not just filling one vacancy at a time.
What success looks like:
You will help KTS convert more client interest into real roles, reduce wasted delivery time, protect our commercial position and improve the speed from lead to submission, interview and placement. For the right person, this is a high-impact role with direct visibility across the group.
Interested? Apply with your CV and a short note explaining one example where you converted a warm or cold recruitment lead into a live client vacancy.
