We are working with a leading independent property consultancy to appoint Chartered Building Surveyors into their Birmingham office.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established consultancy with a strong commercial client base, delivering a broad range of professional and project-led surveying services across the commercial property sector.

The role will suit MRICS Building Surveyors who have experience operating within a consultancy environment and are confident delivering both technical work and client-facing services.

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is essential
  • Strong commercial building surveying background
  • Experience across contract administration, dilapidations and technical due diligence
  • Good working knowledge of building contracts in a commercial setting
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • MAPM or working towards (project management exposure beneficial)
  • Experience delivering both professional services and project work

You will be involved in a wide range of building surveying duties across commercial property, including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations, building pathology and general professional services.
