A leading industrial manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Production & Operations Manager to oversee and drive performance across multiple business units within a dynamic production environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production and operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
- Manage daily plant operations, including fabrication processes, manpower, and equipment performance
- Implement and monitor KPIs (productivity, downtime, cost control, quality metrics)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, cost optimization)
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality systems
- Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and preventive maintenance programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, design, and maintenance teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a positive work environment
