Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality social work support to children, families, or adults depending on the service area.

Conducting assessments, managing caseloads, and delivering effective care plans in line with statutory guidelines.

Collaborating with multi-agency teams to safeguard vulnerable individuals and promote wellbeing.

Essentials for the Role:

Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.

Minimum 3 years of post-qualifying experience within Children’s or Adults’ Services.

Must be a car driver.
