We are seeking a Senior Bioanalytical Scientist with proven expertise in UPLC coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (ESI), to join a small biotech in London. This is a hands-on, lab-based position in a fully regulated environment supporting high-integrity, high-sensitivity bioanalytical work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot UPLC-MS/MS instrumentation (ideally Waters)

  • Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and full compliance with regulatory documentation standards
