Estimator – Roofing & Cladding Location: Durham (Office-Based, Full-Time) Type: Permanent Are you a detail-driven Estimator with at least 3 years of experience in roofing and cladding ? With a strong client base and growing order book, the company is seeking an Estimator who can confidently manage pricing and tendering for key contracts. This is a full-time, office-based role in Durham with no remote or hybrid options, and is ideal for someone looking for long-term stability in a high-performing commercial team. Interpret performance specs, drawings, BOQs, and budgets to build complete tenders. Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and delivery info. Minimum 3 years of estimating experience within the roofing and cladding industry. Proficient in Causeway or similar estimating software. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
