  • Strong BD and client conversion track record.
  • Confident discussing fees, terms & commercials.
  • Experience managing hiring managers and job briefs.
  • Comfortable across perm + contract recruitment.
  • Sharp commercial judgement (you know what’s worth chasing).
  • Phone confidence - you don’t hide behind emails.
