I’m working with a leading independent built environment consultancy that is growing its Cardiff team and looking for an MRICS-qualified Associate Building Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

You’ll be working across a wide range of commercial Building Surveying disciplines, including:

  • Contract Administration
  • Technical Due Diligence
  • Dilapidations
  • Building Pathology
