We are recruiting for an experienced and inspirational Head of Inclusion to join a growing specialist education provider supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional needs. This is a key leadership role focused on driving inclusive practice, strengthening SEND support, and ensuring every learner has the opportunity to succeed.

The Role

  • Lead the organisation’s inclusion and SEND strategy
  • Oversee EHCP delivery, interventions and pupil support plans
  • Support behaviour, attendance and reintegration pathways
  • Work with parents, local authorities and external agencies
  • Coach staff on inclusive and trauma-informed practice

About You

  • Experience as SENDCo, Inclusion Lead, Pastoral Lead, Behaviour Lead or Assistant Head
  • Strong knowledge of EHCPs, safeguarding and SEND legislation
  • Experience working in SEND, SEMH or alternative provision settings
  • Strong leadership, resilience and relationship-building skills
  • SENCO qualification / NPQ / DSL training desirable
