We are supporting an established high-end main contractor with the appointment of an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its Central London team. This is a hands-on commercial position with genuine ownership of substantial mechanical, electrical and public-health packages, from procurement and subcontract award through to variations, monthly reporting and final account.
What you will be doing:
- Owning the commercial performance of MEP packages
- Producing monthly CVRs, forecasts, cash-flow and cost reports
- Preparing subcontractor tender enquiries
- Completing tender comparisons, levelling and risk reviews
