Key Talent Solutions is looking for a hands-on Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to lead installations, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a prestigious portfolio of commercial clients throughout London.
This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on-site while remaining technically involved in complex engineering projects.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair works
• Diagnosing and fault-finding on
- Split Systems
- Multi-Split Systems
- VRV & VRF Systems
- Acting as the technical lead on site
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
- Coordinating daily site activities
- Carrying out technical surveys and providing recommendations
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service
- Building strong relationships with clients across commercial sites.
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial air conditioning experience
- Previous experience as a Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer or experienced Service/Installation Engineer
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with VRV/VRF, Split & Multi-Split systems
- F-Gas Category 1 (Essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
