Key Talent Solutions is looking for a hands-on Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to lead installations, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a prestigious portfolio of commercial clients throughout London.

This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on-site while remaining technically involved in complex engineering projects.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair works

• Diagnosing and fault-finding on

  • Split Systems
  • Multi-Split Systems
  • VRV & VRF Systems
  • Acting as the technical lead on site
  • Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
  • Coordinating daily site activities
  • Carrying out technical surveys and providing recommendations
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service
  • Building strong relationships with clients across commercial sites.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong commercial air conditioning experience
  • Previous experience as a Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer or experienced Service/Installation Engineer
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience working with VRV/VRF, Split & Multi-Split systems
  • F-Gas Category 1 (Essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
