We are recruiting for an experienced and inspirational Head of Inclusion to join a growing specialist education provider supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional needs.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving inclusive practice, strengthening SEND support, and ensuring every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
The Role
- Lead the organisation’s inclusion and SEND strategy
- Oversee EHCP delivery, interventions and pupil support plans
- Support behaviour, attendance and reintegration pathways
- Work with parents, local authorities and external agencies
- Coach staff on inclusive and trauma-informed practice
About You
- Experience as SENDCo, Inclusion Lead, Pastoral Lead, Behaviour Lead or Assistant Head
- Strong knowledge of EHCPs, safeguarding and SEND legislation
- Experience working in SEND, SEMH or alternative provision settings
- Strong leadership, resilience and relationship-building skills
- SENCO qualification / NPQ / DSL training desirable
