About the Consultancy
This is a commercially focused building consultancy operating across the North West and wider UK market, advising investors, developers, and asset owners on the delivery and management of built assets. The business works across commercial, mixed-use, and public-sector portfolios and is known for delivering high-quality surveying and project-led services rather than volume-driven work.
The consultancy has a modern, professional structure where senior surveyors are trusted to operate autonomously. You will be given genuine ownership of instructions, direct exposure to clients, and the opportunity to influence how projects are delivered. The environment suits surveyors who enjoy responsibility, commercial decision-making, and building long-term client relationships.
Work is predominantly commercial and includes refurbishment and fit-out projects, contract administration, dilapidations, and technical advisory services. The business supports hybrid working and provides a clear, transparent progression path for surveyors looking to move into Associate-level positions based on performance rather than time served.
