The KTS Group are working in partnership with a large developer who has won major new projects. We are seeking a Finishing Supervisor to manage internal and external finishing works, control finishing trades, close snagging, and ensure apartments/healthcare/pharma spaces are delivered to programme and to a high-quality handover standard.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate finishing trades including carpentry, joinery, drylining, painting, tiling, flooring, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, ironmongery and final fit-out.
- Manage subcontractors and daily work fronts to achieve programme, safety, quality and handover milestones.
- Carry out snagging inspections, maintain snag lists and drive timely close-out.
- Coordinate with Site Manager, Project Manager, design team and subcontractors on sequencing, interfaces and material readiness.
- Maintain inspection records, progress reporting and handover documentation.
- Protect quality standards in high-volume residential, healthcare or internal architectural finishes environments.
Required experience
- Trades background, usually carpentry/joinery, or construction qualification with strong finishing knowledge.
- 6+ years site management/supervisory experience, including finishing stages on apartments, residential, commercial, healthcare or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades, Irish building regulations, H&S and quality expectations.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, room data sheets, schedules and finishes matrices.
- Strong organisation, communication and subcontractor management under tight deadlines.
