We are recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in re-cladding, facade remediation, or building safety projects. This is a key role focused on leading compliance and regulatory strategy across multiple remediation schemes, ensuring all projects align with current UK Building Regulations and Building Safety legislation.
The Role
- Leading compliance across cladding remediation and façade projects
- Ensuring adherence to current UK Building Regulations and Building Safety requirements
- Managing and delivering Gateway submissions to the Building Safety Regulator
- Liaising with regulators, clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams
- Creating and overseeing compliance documentation, approvals, and regulatory processes
- Supporting project teams with regulatory interpretation and best practice guidance
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance systems and procedures
About You
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Safety legislation
- Proven experience within:
- re-cladding
- façade remediation
- building safety
- construction compliance environments
- Confidence working with regulators, technical teams, and clients
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
