We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) to support children and young people within a specialist education setting. The successful candidate will work with learners with SEND, SEMH, autism, speech and communication needs, and complex learning needs, helping improve communication, language development, emotional regulation, and access to learning.
You will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic interventions and supporting EHCP outcomes within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments
- Contributing to EHCP outcomes
- Supporting learners with speech, language, communication and social interaction needs
Qualifications:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT)
- Experience supporting autism, SLCN, SEMH and complex needs
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
