Are you a commercially minded Chartered Building Surveyor ready to step into a role with real regional ownership? This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Building Surveying professional who enjoys more than just technical delivery. You’ll be based in London, Southwark, taking the lead across the South, building client relationships, growing a strong pipeline, and overseeing high-quality professional services work across a range of asset-owning clients.

What’s the role about? This is a senior position with a strong blend of:
- 40% Business Development: Building relationships, opening doors, developing new opportunities, supporting proposals, bids and frameworks, and helping grow the region.
- 60% Technical Oversight: Leading and quality-assuring professional services instructions, supporting complex surveying work, maintaining RICS standards and ensuring excellent client delivery.
You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with wider teams across surveying, advisory and digital asset management solutions.

- MRICS qualified
- Experienced in Building Surveying / Building Consultancy
- Comfortable winning work and developing client relationships
- Able to lead proposals, fee bids or framework conversations
