We are looking for an MEP BIM Engineer / Senior BIM Coordinator in Solihull / Birmingham for a permanent onsite role.

This is not architectural BIM. This is not 2D CAD-only. This is not “just make it look pretty”. This is BIM that gets built.

You’ll be working on coordinated MEP models for technical building services and offsite prefabricated MEP projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building coordinated Revit MEP models
  • Running Navisworks clash detection
  • Producing construction drawing packs
  • Supporting fabrication-ready outputs
  • Working on modular / offsite MEP packages
  • Creating spool drawings and LOD500 information
  • Managing CDE workflows and model versions
  • Supporting site redlines and updates
  • Producing as-installed / as-built models for handover
