We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in a supportive and welcoming secondary SEN school in Blackpool.
Role Details:
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Blackpool
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning support
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable)
- A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
