KeyStage Teacher Supply is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming secondary school in Barrow-in-Furness from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a positive difference in the classroom. The school is looking for reliable, caring individuals who can work alongside teaching staff to support pupils with their learning, confidence, and personal development.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with their classroom learning and activities
- Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
- Helping students develop confidence and independence
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
About You:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, youth worker, childcare professional, or in a similar education setting would be beneficial. SEND experience is desirable but not essential, and the school welcomes applications from candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.
