The Head Teacher of one of our local Community Primary Schools located in Blackburn is looking for an experienced and capable SEND Teaching Assistant to join their SEND class and team. The school are looking for an experienced support assistant that can work on a full time basis and have an understanding of the KS1 curriculum. The school hours are Monday-Friday, 8:45am to 3:15pm.

The required experience for this role:

  • Supporting children with a range of additional needs
  • Passionate in supporting children of all levels of learning
  • Knowledge and previous experience of working with children with SEND and a range of SEND support
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is required, with previous school experience
