The Role:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play an important role in ensuring examinations run fairly, smoothly and in accordance with examination regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing examination rooms before candidates arrive.
- Checking candidate attendance and identification.
- Distributing and collecting examination papers securely.
- Supervising students throughout examinations.
- Ensuring exam regulations are followed at all times.
- Maintaining a calm, professional and quiet exam environment.
- Recording incidents where required.
- Collecting and returning completed exam papers securely.
