About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths teacher to join a forward-thinking and supportive school in Clitheroe. This long-term role is a temp-to-perm position for the right person, offering the successful candidate the opportunity for permanent employment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across KS3, KS4, and optionally Post-16, helping students achieve excellent academic outcomes and fostering a love of mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3, KS4, and optionally A-Level/Post-16 Maths.
- Support students in achieving their full potential through differentiated learning and targeted interventions.
- Prepare students for examinations, including GCSE, functional skills, and optionally A-Level assessments.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and curiosity.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, and ideally Post-16.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and exam specifications.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for inspiring students and raising attainment in mathematics.
