The Role

This role requires someone who is highly organised and confident in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate, up-to-date sales pipelines. You will play a key part in supporting the sales team, ensuring processes run smoothly and providing structure and organisation to the sales team and generating leads. The successful candidate will bring a positive, can-do approach, instilling confidence in the sales team through their efficiency, attention to detail, and dependable support. Strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account management and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively calling and monitoring existing customer sales activity
  • Following up quotations via phone to progress and close opportunities
  • Managing the sales inbox and responding to incoming enquiries in a timely manner
  • Qualifying enquiries via phone and email to ensure opportunities are accurately assessed and directed
  • Processing incoming orders up to production stage
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate sales data and pipeline visibility
  • Supporting and managing the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and progressed
  • Booking and coordinating client meetings for the sales team
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team to help drive performance
  • Preparing sales reports, sending daily order in reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting general administrative tasks to assist the wider team
