Salary: £40k - £45k (OTE £55k) + car + benefits

Company: My client are a long standing global chemical manufacturer and supplier. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this well-established company as they are now looking to expand their sales team and are looking for somebody who can increase business in the South East.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and territory portfolio
  • Promote and sell the company’s product range, including chemical anchoring and wood repair solutions
  • Maintain regular contact with contractors, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required

  • Achievement of regional sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in selling into the construction industry

  • Knowledge of chemical anchoring systems and/or wood repair products - Desirable
  • Experience working with contractors, merchants, or distributors - Desirable
