The Role:
- Reporting to the Service Director you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Scheduling installation works
- Facilitating and scheduling service visits and communicating with clients and staff to ensure visits are successful
- Completing after visit functions to ensure reporting and invoicing is delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure that Service Engineers have sufficient supplies and are correctly qualified to perform the service visits safely
- Answering customers’ questions and liaising with Production, Technical & Aftercare teams so requests are processed efficiently.
- Creating and issuing Risk and Method Statements (RAMS)
Requirements:
- Must have experience in a Sales Administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering organisation
- You should have proven experience within a similar service role, taking responsibility for the customer within the company
- Experience in working with a CRM system
- Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organised with working with a calendar booking system
- Customer focused and wanting to solve customer problems
