Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: £30k - £40k

To provide operational support to the sales team through the efficient management of sales, customer service, stock control and purchasing. To ensure the correct flow of internal commercial information and documentation in order to facilitate the work of the external sales team and guarantee customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales order management in the ERP
  • Telephone and email support for national and international customers
  • Order and delivery follow-up
  • Stock control and updates
  • Preparation and sending of commercial offers
  • Issuing purchase and sales delivery notes
  • Coordination with logistics for shipment management
  • Digital filing of commercial documentation
  • Administrative support to the sales team
  • Resolution of operational issues with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification: Elementary.
  • Desirable: Intermediate/Advanced vocational training in Administration or similar
  • Knowledge of administrative and commercial management
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Navision/Business Central desirable)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar administrative/commercial roles
  • Previous experience in order management and customer service
  • Experience in coordination with logistics and warehouse
