Responsibilities
- Preparation of proofs for approval on occasion
- Use of RIP software: Rasterlink (Mimaki) for UJV55 and Shiraz for JV33 (both PC based)
- Maintenance and general running/loading of UJV55 and JV33
- Organising service calls
- Running Mimaki plotter and Mimaki FineCut plug-in software
- Colour matching skills (colour theory)
- Ordering stock and materials when required for general use or specific job, including print materials/vinyl, ink, hardware and parts
- Keeping a record of stock for job costing and the annual stock check
