Position: Large Format Print Finisher / Mounter / Laminator
Location: Essex
Salary: 30k - 40K (Neg.) + Overtime
Shift: Days (Monday - Friday)
The Company:
- Large Format Print Laminating: Operate roller laminators and other laminating equipment to apply protective films and laminates to large format prints, graphics, and signage with precision and consistency.
- Mounting: Mount large format prints and vinyl graphics to a wide range of substrates including foamex, dibond, acrylic, foam board, and others. Perform wrapped edge mounting and high-quality application techniques.
- Comprehensive Finishing: Carry out all areas of large format print finishing including precision cutting, trimming, weeding vinyl, guillotining, routing, and hand-finishing as required.
- Banner Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks at every stage to ensure colour accuracy, finish quality, alignment, and that every item meets company and client standards.
- Dispatch Preparation: Carefully pack and prepare finished products for dispatch or installation, ensuring they are protected and presented professionally.
