Position: Document Specialist Location: Oldham Salary: £20k £30k Hours: 07:45 – 16:30 Mon – Thurs (8.25hrs + 30-minute lunch) 07:45 – 12:45 Friday (5 hours) My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, organising, and maintaining various documents and records within the organisation. This position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Duties: * Organise and maintain electronic and physical document filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. * Review, analyse, and verify documents for accuracy, legibility and completeness before processing. * Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding document status and procedures. * Collaborate with team members to streamline document management processes and improve efficiency. * Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements related to document handling. * Conduct regular audits of documentation to maintain data integrity and security.
