Position: Flexo Printer Location: Northamptonshire Salary: £30k - £42k (depending on experience) Shifts: Days (6am-1:45pm) Lates (1:30pm-9:15pm) The Company: Labels Printer The Role: • Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines to produce printed materials as per job specifications. • Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal print quality and machine performance. • Operate and assist with finishing equipment including die cutters, slitters, and rewinders. • Collaborate cross-functionally, strengthening internal workflows and supporting initiatives like SMED and yield improvement. • Ensure consistency across print runs, including registration, color match, and repeat length, adhering to precise tolerances. • Communicate effectively with the wider production team, supervisors, and maintenance staff to resolve issues and improve performance. • Comply with all health & safety procedures, company policies, and production protocols.
