- Providing a range of litho, digital print, large format digital and point of sale services
Role:
- The successful candidate will work as part of a busy sales team of an award-winning Printing Company
- You will be required to provide first class customer service, work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
- You will provide support and guidance to your specific client base ensuring projects run smoothly from the initial concept through to completion
- Developing strong relationships with the client
- The job role will involve placing enquiries, orders & producing delivery notes
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate would ideally have the following skills & knowledge, though training can be given in all areas:
- Knowledge of General Print and different printing techniques & print finishes
- Being able to work to ISO standards.
- Ability to manage several projects/jobs simultaneously
- Ability to manage own workload effectively
- Negotiate with suppliers directly
- Good people skills
- Recognising where methods can be improved to benefit both the client and the business
- Previous experience of working within the print industry in a client service role would be a distinct advantage
- The chosen candidate needs to be proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs and more specifically Excel
Holidays start at 24 days per annum rising to 27 after 5 years’ service
