Role:
- Identify and develop new opportunities in the UK market aligned with company objectives.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate tests to approve company adhesives.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports for the Business Development Director.
- Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Chemical, Economics, Engineering, or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry ideally hotmelt.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications.
