Position: Account Manager Location: Staffordshire Salary: £35k - £50k (depending on experience) The Company: B1, B2, Digital Print Company The Role: • Act as the main contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts • Build strong relationships with customers • Identify and act upon new business opportunities with existing customers • Develop comprehensive understanding of the company’s service offerings • Use an MIS to ensure all jobs are effectively and efficiently moved through production, resulting in an accurate and timely delivery of product • Answer client inquiries in a timely manner • Attend in-person customer briefings and reviews when required • Provide feedback from customer meetings to Sales Director • Work with all other departments, including but not limited to production, estimating, and accounts, to ensure a seamless client experience • Work with all other departments to provide new innovation for clients, expanding company’s product portfolio • Liaise with the other customer service/ account managers to improve customer service company-wide Requirements: • Minimum two years’ experience as a customer services/account manager within the print industry • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for print and customer service • Pride in work, with attention to detail and accuracy necessary to meet a high standard of work product • Strong communication skills, especially within and across production departments; ability to work as a member of a team • Can-do attitude to meet challenges and requests from customers • Self-motivated, able to demonstrate initiative, accept responsibility, and work to tight deadlines • Demonstrable experience with a print-specific MIS or similar for booking/tracking projects
