Position: Production/Account Manager – Digital, Litho & Large Format Print
Location: Surrey
Salary: 35k – 40k (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

Requirements:
- Production/Account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of the team
- Be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System
- Estimating
- Communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core objectives are met
- You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base
- Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes
- Take ownership of projects, and proactively manage work in progress
- Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts
- Good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production
- Be able to generate effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations
