We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Learning & Content team, right at the heart of our B2B Marketing function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring campaigns and events to life - owning delivery, keeping things moving, and ensuring everything lands on time, on brand and to a consistently high standard.
Working closely with our Brand, Acquisition and Nurture teams, you’ll coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that strengthen engagement with later life lending advisers. You’ll also manage the operational planning and logistics for a year-round programme of digital and in-person events, partnering with specialists across design, video, learning and social.
What you’ll be doing:- Coordinating end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns and assets
- Managing timelines, trackers and multiple workstreams with confidence
- Planning and delivering digital and in-person events, including logistics, suppliers and attendee journeys
- Working cross-functionally to ensure integrated, joined-up marketing activity
- Analysing campaign and event performance and sharing insights to improve future delivery
- Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and/or events
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working across the full B2B funnel and within an ABM approach
- High attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a “make it happen” attitude
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or similar) and Microsoft Office
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 28 with service)
