Key Recruitment are seeking skilled Port/Tug Shunters to join our clients growing team based in Portsmouth's International Ferry Port. We are looking for a large number of Tug/Shunter drivers to work for a well-established company in the local area.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vessels and handling freight units within the port.
Duties- Unloading and loading of vessels with accuracy and care
- Working as part of a team to achieve end goals and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures on site
- Previous experience working in a port environment would be very desirable
- Good understanding of H&S regulations
- Valid Driving Licence
- Able to work in a team and on your own
- Able to work flexible hours to include mornings and evenings
- Good communication skills
Temporary/Ad-Hoc Shifts available from Monday-Sunday 06:00-10:00 and 18:00-20:00. Potential Temp - Perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Other- Onsite parking available
