Overview:
We’re looking for an ambitious NPD Manager to help drive growth at one of Europe’s leading independent ecommerce packaging manufacturers. You’ll spearhead new product development, win new business, and help fill their £40m-capacity manufacturing HQ.
The Company:

The Role:
You’ll lead innovative packaging design and commercial development for major internet retailers—managing live projects, closing deals from £5k–£1m, delivering new sales. This is a hands‑on role combining sales, CAD‑led design, client visits, and market‑led innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new product development from concept to manufacture
- Win new and lapsed customers across ecommerce packaging
- Lead CAD-driven structural design and approval processes
- Champion AI, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with factory, CAD, and leadership teams
