Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Engineer / Maintenance and Repair Engineer to join our production and factory team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with a focus on ensuring the functionality and reliability of the production and operation equipment.
With less of an electrical bias.
Working Monday to Friday (afternoon shifts 2pm till 10:15pm), 40-hours per week.
Own transport essential to get to and from the site, as there are no bus or train links available, and site location is out in the middle of rural countryside. £35,000 to £40,000 Basic Annual Salary.
Full-time permanent position, you will be required to supply proof of right to work and qualifications at application stage prior to interview.
Responsibilities: Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to maximise production targets, as well as electrical engineering work.
Repairing and servicing rollers, conveyers, and line machines to ensure production output is maintained.
