We are seeking a proactive and organised Stores Supervisor to manage all aspects of stock control in a busy electronics manufacturing environment. Based at our head office in Waterlooville, this hands-on role is key to ensuring efficient material flow, supporting both local production and overseas operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee goods in/out, including booking stock into the ERP system and ensuring accurate handling and storage
  • Kit and de-kit works orders to support production demands
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain stock accuracy
  • Pack and dispatch goods securely for both UK and international shipments
  • Liaise with courier services for deliveries and collections
  • Coordinate material transfers to and from international manufacturing sites
  • Maintain an organised, ESD-compliant stores area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar stores/stock control role
  • Confident using ERP systems (experience with 123Insight a bonus)
  • Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Forklift licence and full UK driving licence required
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical problem solver with a hands-on approach
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels

Salary is based on experience level and can be discussed on application. Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 3:45 pm, Friday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm (40 hours per week).
