We are seeking professional SIA Security Guards to work at events held at Goodwood Racecourse and Goodwood Motor Circuit during the months of June through to September 2026. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a calm demeanour, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment during the event.
Duties and skills will be:
- Check guest tickets and passes and allow access
- Report any incidents to the relevant safety teams / supervisors
- Enforce venue policies and ensure all attendees adhere to safety regulations throughout the event
- Proven experience in working events
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities during busy events
- Excellent observational skills with an eye for detail in identifying potential issues
- Strong communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and emergency personnel
13.00 per hour PAYE. Must hold a valid SIA licence.
