We’re looking for a friendly and professional Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Hedge End. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers booking services, repairs, or needing advice about their vehicles, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed throughout the service process
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and follow up with customers when work is completed
  • Liaise with the workshop to monitor job progress and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and handle warranty/goodwill submissions
  • Advise technicians on customer queries as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or automotive service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • PC literate and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Full, clean driving licence
