We’re looking for an Electronics Production Assembler for an exciting new role with an electronics manufacturer in Waterlooville. This is a hands-on role that involves both board-level assembly and full box builds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly, a positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering

* Cable and electromechanical assembly using crimp tools

* Rework and adjustments on PCBAs

* Working from customer BOMs and technical drawings

* Ensuring builds meet required manufacturing standards

What We’re Looking For:

* IPC 610 experience or knowledge (Class 2 minimum preferred)

* Confident soldering skills (PTH and SMT)

* Strong component recognition and understanding

* Able to work under a microscope with fine-pitch components

* Clear communication and good documentation skills

* Ability to manage workload and work effectively under pressure

* Inspection experience is a plus, but not essential
