My client is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support a busy Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Workshop within a fast-paced operations environment.

The role is responsible for ensuring all administration relating to the preparation, processing, and delivery of new machinery is completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and transport and service providers to help ensure smooth workshop operations and high levels of customer service.

  • Keep all job records, stock information, and machine data accurate and up to date
  • Support warranty administration and returns processes
  • Carry out stock checks and update inventory records
  • Coordinate machine deliveries and transport administration
  • Support general administration including filing, scanning, and data entry

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office support is required. The candidate should be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be a team player with a proactive and flexible approach.

Contract: 12-month maternity cover

Full-time: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
