An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy automotive showroom in Chichester. Whether you already have motor trade experience or are looking to build a career in sales, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, strong people skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Full training on vehicles and systems will be provided.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the car-buying journey, and help them choose the right vehicle and finance options.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers and building strong relationships
  • Demonstrating vehicles and arranging test drives
  • Advising on pricing, finance options, and additional products
  • Managing customer enquiries and following up leads
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
  • Maintaining customer contact to encourage repeat business
  • Organising your daily sales activity and prospecting for new customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and web systems)
  • A willingness to learn and develop

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with one weekday off)
  • Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 2 rota)
